At Bharitya City Nikoo Homes, we strive to maintain transparency in all booking and payment processes. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, refunds, and related charges.
Applicants may request cancellation of their booking by providing written notice through the designated communication channels.
If the applicant voluntarily cancels the booking after submitting the booking application but before the execution of the Agreement to Sell (ATS):
The booking amount paid shall be eligible for refund.
An administrative processing fee of ₹50,000 (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) may be deducted.
Any applicable payment gateway charges, bank charges, card processing fees, or transaction costs may also be deducted.
The remaining refundable amount will be processed within 60 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation request.
In the event that the applicant withdraws or cancels the booking after the Agreement to Sell (ATS) has been executed:
The booking amount and applicable GST paid may be forfeited.
Any taxes, government levies, statutory charges, or other amounts paid or payable up to the date of cancellation may also be forfeited or recovered as applicable.
Any refund, if deemed applicable, shall be processed in accordance with the terms specified in the executed Agreement to Sell.
The Company reserves the right to cancel any allotment or booking in the event of:
Non-payment of dues as per the agreed payment schedule.
Submission of incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information.
Violation of booking terms and conditions.
Any other circumstance as determined by the Company under applicable laws.
In such cases, refunds, if any, shall be governed by the applicable booking terms, allotment letter, and executed agreements.
Approved refunds shall be processed within 60 days from the date of receipt and acceptance of the cancellation request.
Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment wherever possible or through an alternative mode determined by the Company.
Processing timelines may vary depending on banking procedures and statutory requirements.
Any government taxes, GST, stamp duty, registration charges, statutory levies, payment gateway charges, administrative fees, or other applicable deductions may be adjusted before processing refunds.
Bharitya City Nikoo Homes reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective upon publication on the website.
